Global Transformation Workshops
The development of five training videos with subtitles for The Leprosy Mission took meticulous planning and preparation. The clips below show five Programmes team members preparing to record their workshops. (Note the use of an autocue.)

- English, French or Portuguese subtitles
The result was five expertly produced training videos used to expand the capacity of TLM operations in implementing countries. The time and travel costs saved by developing video workshops versus live training were considerable. Our recent times now demand online training which has become the norm.
